First in Florence, now in Rome, since 1877 the Quaracchi Friars publish the results of research on the Franciscan intellectual and spiritual tradition. We specialize in critical editions of the writings of John Duns Scotus, Bonaventure, Alexander of Hales, Peter of John Olivi and other Franciscan thinkers.

Our historical journal Archivum Franciscanum Historicum appears twice a year. It makes available previously unpublished documents from around the world related to Franciscan history and thought. Archivum welcomes original articles on those topics, and offers reviews of recent publications on Franciscan topics.
