PurchaseFrom Olomouc in Bohemia (now the Czech Republic), after entering the Observant Friars Minor (1471) he studied in Basel (1475-76) and debated with followers of Jan Hus in Moravia. He also served as a confessor of the Poor Clares in Nuremberg, where he died. His writings include a Chronicle of the Order and of its early Ministers General, as well as a chronicle of Bohemia.

This major series assembles a variety of documents and studies which help to reconstruct Franciscan history throughout the ages. The volumes include editions of hagiographical texts, chronicles, necrologies, constitutions, business acts of the officials of the Order, processes of canonization, as well as monographic studies on various subjects.
